Dentures are removable false teeth made of acrylic (plastic), nylon or metal.

Dentures are removable false teeth made of acrylic (plastic), nylon or metal. They fit snugly against the gums to replace missing teeth and eliminate potential problems due to deficiencies. There are two types : complete and partial ones. Complete denture are use when all teeth are missing. While partial dentures are use when a few natural teeth are missing.

Complete dentures

Complete dentures can be “conventional” or “immediate”. Made after the teeth have been extracted and the gum tissue has begun to heal. A conventional denture is ready to be placed in the mouth approximately eight to twelve weeks after the teeth have been extracted.

Unlike conventional denture, immediate denture are made in advance and can be place as soon as the teeth are remove. Therefore, the wearer does not have to be without teeth during the healing period. However, the bones and gums shrink over time. Especially during the healing period after a tooth extraction. Therefore, the disadvantage of immediate dentures over conventional dentures is that they require multiple adjustments to fit properly. And during the healing process and should generally only be consider a temporary solution until conventional dentures can be made.

Partial dentures

A removable partial denture or bridge usually consists of replacement teeth attached to a pink or gum-colored plastic base, sometimes connected by a metal framework that holds the denture in place in the mouth. Partial dentures are use when one or more natural teeth remain in the upper or lower jaw. A fixed bridge replaces one or more teeth by placing crowns on the teeth on either side of the gap and attaching artificial teeth. This “bridge” is then cemented into place. A partial denture not only fills the gaps created by the missing teeth, but also prevents the other teeth from shifting. A precision partial denture is removable and has internal attachments instead of attachments that attach to adjacent crowns. This appliance has a more natural look.

At Filler Suppliers, we have a clinical dental technician who will provide you with a full set of dentures directly without you having to visit your dentist (although you will still need to have regular check-ups with your dentist).

A trial one will be created from the impressions taken in your mouth.

Our clinical dental technician can try it in your mouth to assess the fit and for you to evaluate the appearance.

You can adjust the shape and color before the final denture is made.

Urgent order
I was in urgent need of some fillers ,I spoke to filler suppliers and ask if the product I needed could be dispatched that day and they advised me it could if I placed before cut off.

To my surprise the parcel turned up next day before my clients were due in for treatment.

Customer service was brilliant no issues or problems and I'm now a regular customer that orders every other day would recommend.

A happy customer thank you filler suppliers

Great customer service and legit products.
Great website! I don't buy fillers from anywhere else. I have bought Juvederm VOLUMA and Aqua Secret Derm from Filler Suppliers, and they both work great!
